controversial – tons of people can consume nightshades with no symptoms, but for those that are sensitive to them, they can cause inflammation! 🔥.

Nightshades are full of polyphenols and
nutrients, all beneficial to your health. They also include glycoalkaloids, used to ward off animals, insects, and fungi. 🐛These compounds have been shown to aggravate inflammation in individuals
